Same great photos, new lower prices!

New Mini-Shoot: Triangle MLS is now offering 25 photos per listing (instead of 12) and Virtograph is now offering a $175 mini-shoot that delivers at least 25 great photos to you. Same day and next day delivery.

New Micro-Shoot: 12 great photos for $100, plus $1 per mile radius from Chapel Hill. Same day and next day delivery.

Additional panoramas are $25 each, and additional stills are $5 each.

Our standard packages:

• For houses selling for under $200K we shoot at least 30 still photographs and up to 4 panoramas (as needed or wanted) for $250.
  
  
• For houses selling from $200K to $300K we shoot at least 35 still photographs and up to 5 panoramas for $275.
  
  
• For houses selling from $300K to $500K we shoot at least 40 still photographs and up to 5 panoramas for $300.
  
  
• For houses selling for over $500K we shoot at least 50 still photographs and 6 panoramas for $350.
  
  
• For houses selling for over $1 million, or for special situations of any sort, please ask us about special arrangements.  We can help you land the really large accounts because you are bringing in professional photographers to do a really good job of marketing the house.
  
  

We make sure that anything that needs a photo gets photographed, for a very complete photo tour of the property. You usually get more photos than you can use on any website, but we do also display all of the photos on the Virtograph.com photo gallery for your reference and to allow your clients to help choose which photos to use.

Additional panoramas are $25 each, and additional stills are $5 each.

We know that some of you are using web sites that do not allow you to use panoramas, and in those cases we will take extra still photos for you to use.

We can also provide you with web sites that allow you to display panoramas, still photos, and more. The technology for Realtor websites is always improving and we are keeping up with what is available for you to choose from.
